1.活動主題：新時代腫瘤研究下的藥物篩選平台
The Drug development platforms based on current trends in oncological research
癌症治療的精準醫療的展開，腫瘤微環境的研究，缺氧因子、腫瘤相關巨噬細胞和間質幹細胞對癌症形成的影響，細胞治療和免疫治療…這些癌症治療開發的趨勢，就需要新的平台來進行藥物篩選或開發。故使用基因編輯技術來產生相對應的基因改造小鼠或細胞癌症模式將會是重要的平台。我們可藉由PiggyBac跳躍子、Crispr/Cas與同源重組等多種基因編輯技術對目標的基因體進行特定的基因編輯，所產生的癌化細胞或動物可以做為藥物開發的模式。
